This role collaborates with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams by providing information, performing verifications, and tracking established actions—contributing to compliance with quality standards and effective performance of production processes. **What You Will Do** ---------------- * Report and track line defects. * Execute assigned technical activities per established procedures, supporting production processes. * Conduct inspections, measurements, and records necessary to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. * Identify and report deviations, support problem resolution, and continuous improvement actions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with internal policies and safety guidelines. **What We Are Looking For** --------------------------- * Preferred: 1 year of experience in a similar role (Process Technician, Quality Technician, Production Technician, or related). * Basic experience in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. * Knowledge of operating equipment and technical tools. * Ability to follow instructions and standards. * Experience in troubleshooting and basic problem analysis. * Technical degree or Industrial Engineering (Technician, TSU, intern, or recent graduate). * Basic knowledge of Excel / internal systems. * Basic English proficiency. **What You Will Get From Us** ----------------------------- We promote internal growth and support your development through mentorship, training, and access to global opportunities.
