Join our team and play a key role in driving digitalization across our plant, enabling smarter decisions and more efficient processes. As a Digital Transformation \& Data Analyst, you will design and implement digital solutions to optimize and automate processes across the plant. You will leverage data analytics and dashboards to generate insights, support decision\-making, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will work cross\-functionally with all areas of the plant, acting as a strategic partner to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive impactful projects. Your Role // * Develop and implement digital tools to streamline and automate operational processes * Analyze data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement * Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs (Power BI or similar) * Identify opportunities for digitalization and lead transformation initiatives * Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and more * Support and drive strategic projects with a data\-driven approach * Promote data governance, standardization, and best practices * Train users and foster a data\-driven culture within the plant Who You Are // * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Data Analytics or related field * 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, process automation, or digital transformation * Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or shared services environments is a plus * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions * Data tools: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python (preferred) * Visualization: Power BI, Tableau or similar * Automation: Power Automate, RPA, macros or scripting * Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma is a plus * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross\-functionally * Proactive, structured, and results\-oriented **What We Offer:** We are curious minds drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
