Position Summary: This role leads quality management, establishing objectives, analyzing results, and managing corrective actions to improve performance and control of the quality system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads quality management and corrective actions. 2. Manages document and record control. 3. Participates in continuous improvement projects and audits. * Establishes quality objectives jointly with management * Participates in the Management Committee * Prepares charts to display performance and achieved results, along with respective analyses. * Leads quality corrective actions when area metrics reflect results outside established targets. * Maintains control of the quality system * Manages document control and record control. * Handles customer calls as required and ensures customers receive responses as soon as possible, considering SCARs, 8D reports, or other requested documents. * Leads Non-Conformance (NCF) analysis meetings to identify root causes and define actions and/or responsible parties. * Supports NCF owners in managing and closing non-conformities. * Verifies that defect causes are eliminated to prevent recurrence of failures. * Manages and follows up on calibration equipment maintenance. * Participates in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects. * Manages supplier NCFs. Manages internal CIA system audits.
