* ***Maquila Operator Profile*** **Base Salary: $2,000 weekly \+ productivity bonus (up to 20%)** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Job Objective:** Lead and supervise activities in the maquila area. Ensure operational efficiency, inventory reliability, reliability of reported information while maintaining traceability and employee performance, food safety, and occupational safety. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure weekly production plan * Maintain inventory reliability \> 99% * Ensure zero customer complaints related to maquila services * Supervise warehouse personnel and their daily tasks * Ensure productivity in the maquila area * Validate information on maquila orders and production reports * Perform statistical control * Conduct startup operation checklists * Communicate and coordinate across departments * Demonstrate constant safety awareness and report potential hazards at all times * Adhere to company safety and privacy policies, as well as established standards for protecting company information * Requires good near vision and ability to concentrate * Work environments include offices, computer rooms, production areas, warehouses, and loading/unloading docks **Qualifications** Required: * Secondary school diploma * Leadership ability and strong organizational skills * Communication skills * Good time management and task delegation skills * Problem-solving skills * Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently * Requires good near vision and ability to concentrate * Work environments include offices, computer rooms, production areas, warehouses, and loading/unloading docks. **Location.** https://maps.app.goo.gl/nQU8L7NgBNjscr3d6 Salary: Starting at $2,000.00 per week Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
