This role is crucial for ensuring our production teams are highly skilled and efficient, contributing directly to our operational excellence. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Design, develop, and update training curricula and materials for various operator roles, including machinery operation, safety procedures, quality control, and troubleshooting. * Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques (classroom, hands\-on, e\-learning). * Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, and performance metrics, making adjustments to programs as needed. * Collaborate with production managers and supervisors to identify training needs and gaps, and to schedule training sessions that minimize disruption to production. * Develop and maintain a system for tracking employee training progress and certifications. * Ensure all training programs comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. * Provide ongoing coaching and support to operators to reinforce learned skills and address performance issues. * Stay current with new manufacturing technologies, best practices, and training methodologies. Job Qualifications\*\* * Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. * Proficiency in creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids. * Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Education, or a related field preferred.
