Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage accounting for revenues, costs, inventories, and expenses, with a focus on financial analysis and operational process improvement, demonstrating leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Leadership in inventory control and operational activity monitoring Description and Details of Responsibilities * Accounting management for plant revenues, costs, inventories, fixed assets, and expenses. * Prepare final monthly, quarterly, and annual P\&L site analyses, with special emphasis on margin analysis, payment channels, manufacturing variance analysis, and control of various inventory transactions. * Analyze and support all monthly expense provisions for the site. * Inventory Control and Monitoring: Collaborate closely with warehouse and manufacturing teams to oversee all inventory processes and movements, including customer returns, MRB, and scrap transactions. * Monitor, record, and report all non-standard activities, including engineering and sales-related special charges. * Work with management team to improve site control processes and ensure accounting records align with and help re-enforce all control points. * Establish and foster cross-functional collaboration across all operational functions. * Work with account managers to control all excess and obsolete materials. * Weekly operational accounting reporting covering all operational activities, including site performance metrics against site forecasts. * Understand service commitments made to each customer. * Hold regular meetings with staff to review progress toward goals established with each organizational department. * Work closely with the finance department to monitor operations. * Maintain open communication with the quality department to document observations, feedback, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement ideas. Experience and Requirements **1\.** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering **2\.** English proficiency: 90% **3\.** Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position **4\.** Personnel management experience **5\.** Results-oriented **6\.** Proactive and dynamic **7\.** Knowledge in areas such as material planning, production, procurement, logistics, quality, machinery and equipment, and human resources.
