Training plan and personal skill development. **Job Objective:** Ensure customers receive excellent attention and service by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit promptly, courteously, and without errors. * Conduct all operations honestly and in strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, as well as cash-related policies and procedures. * Safeguard cash in the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and respectful service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Completed high school education (mandatory) * 6 months to 1 year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. * Residence near the location. **Value Proposition:** * Fixed Salary: $2,140 weekly plus commissions. * Statutory Benefits: Vacation starting at 6 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing according to seniority. * Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
