As our HR Specialist at *arrivia*, you won’t just be processing paperwork—you will be the connective link between our people, our processes, and our data. You will serve as the "face" of HR operations, delivering exceptional service to our team members while ensuring our Mexico operations remain world\-class. This is a high\-impact role requiring a blend of operational excellence and deep knowledge of Mexican labor regulations within a global framework. **Key Responsibilities** * **Onboarding Orchestration:** Own the end\-to\-end onboarding journey, ensuring every new hire has a seamless, positive transition into our culture. * **Compliance \& Regulatory Expertise:** Act as our resident expert for Mexican authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT), managing registrations, terminations, and salary modifications. * **Operational Excellence:** Maintain 100% data integrity in our HRIS and physical records, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and retention. * **Cross\-Functional Partnership:** Support core HR areas including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and training, adapting quickly to shifting global priorities. * **Health \& Safety Leadership:** Monitor and ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standards, including NOM\-035 and NOM\-037\. * **Proactive Problem Solving:** Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and enhance the overall employee experience. **Requirements:** * At least 3 years of proven HR experience specifically within the Mexican market. * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. * Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and deep experience with HRIS and payroll systems. * Fully versed in Mexican labor laws, data protection regulations, and official NOM standards. * Able to demonstrate highest ethical standards when handling sensitive information. **Ready for your next adventure?
