Focus on resource optimization and regulatory compliance. **Job Objective** Plan, direct, and control the organization's financial management, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with tax obligations, and strategic decision-making based on reliable financial information. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure the accurate preparation of financial statements and accounting reports. * Design and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to optimize resource utilization. * Analyze costs, revenues, and profitability of projects or business units. * Ensure compliance with current tax, accounting, and legal regulations. * Comprehensively manage the Accounting, Procurement, and Human Resources departments, ensuring their proper operation and strategic alignment. * Coordinate integration between Accounting and Procurement for efficient expense control and resource optimization. * Supervise payroll management and administrative HR processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Manage and supervise quotation processes within the production chain, ensuring competitive terms aligned with the approved budget. * Establish and enforce procurement policies that guarantee efficiency, cost control, and transparency in the acquisition of goods and services. * Ensure that projects generated within the Sinaloa production chain comply with policies and guidelines defined by the Procurement Department, maintaining financial and operational control. * Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions. * Assess financial risks and propose preventive actions. * Lead, develop, and strengthen the finance, accounting, and administrative teams. **Job Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years in finance-related roles. * Prior experience in leadership positions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Financial analysis and strategic planning. * Accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP). * Budget management and cost control. * ERP and financial tools proficiency. * Current tax legislation.
