A Mexican company founded in 2017 to meet the demand for professional geosynthetic installation services for clients in the construction, mining, and engineering industries is seeking: **UNIT PRICE ANALYST** Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with nationwide operational scope. **Primary Contribution of the Role:** * Prepare budgets for our various projects by business unit. * Structure the budgeting department to establish a foundation within the company. **Job Responsibilities** * Review executive project plans or information provided by the client. * Quantify project quantities. * Define and develop a catalog of cost items. * Prepare project budgets using unit prices. * Present the budget summary (detailed breakdown of inputs). * Quote materials and machinery across different states of the country. * Submit the final budget. **Decision-Making Authority** * Select suppliers for purchasing inputs. * Determine workforce requirements for projects. * Define project execution timelines. * Determine indirect costs for each project item. **Required Knowledge:** * Neodata software: Intermediate/Advanced * Microsoft Office suite: Intermediate/Advanced (Intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory) * AutoCAD: Intermediate/Advanced Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
