Development of marketing strategies and lead generation Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: **Marketing Specialist** **On-site position at offices in CDMX** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field (degree required) * Diplomas or certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) \- Mandatory * Courses or specialization in video production and audiovisual content \- Preferred **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in **B2B digital marketing** * Proven experience **creating video content for social media** (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) * Experience **organizing corporate events, webinars, or brand activations** * Experience in **lead generation and qualification within a CRM** * Budget management for **marketing and ROI reporting** * Experience in the **B2B technology sector** \- Highly preferred **Essential Technical Skills** * Generative AI Tools: **ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, or similar** * Video Editing: **CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve** * Graphic Design: **Canva** (advanced), **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)** * CRM & Marketing Automation: **HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar** * **Analytics**: **Google** Analytics 4, **Meta Business Suite**, **LinkedIn Analytics** * Email Marketing: **Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar** * Social Media Management: **Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite** * **SEO & SEM:** Knowledge of organic search optimization and Google Ads * Office: **Advanced Excel** for budgets and reporting **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30 hrs * Availability for travel within and outside CDMX * Work location: Col Nápoles, CDMX * 100% payroll employment scheme * Statutory benefits * Monthly gross salary of 25,000–30,000 MXN \+ Quarterly Bonus (based on evaluations) \+ Annual bonus equivalent to 15 days' pay
