Bachelor's degree completed or Industrial Engineering degree **Work Schedule:** Sunday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with schedule flexibility **Responsibilities** Ensure continuous compliance with policies, processes, and operational procedures. Coordinate work with other team members to complete tasks on time and to quality standards. Implement and enforce workplace safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and order regulations. Monitor attendance for assigned staff. Identify, provide, and optimize utilization of all resources. Verify that personnel ensure the physical integrity of merchandise. Establish work plans. Track individual and team work plans. Evaluate individual and team performance. Provide performance feedback to motivate and improve staff efficiency. Verify order loading and printing. Classify orders by delivery route. Distribute order-picking workload. Monitor picker productivity. Guarantee proper product handling during order picking.
