Our core values form the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are aligned, disciplined, inspiring, responsible, results-oriented, and transparent. **Job Objective** * Prospect, identify, and develop new accounts in the air cargo market, both nationally and internationally. * Analyze market needs, identify potential customer segments, and effectively position the company’s air services. * Collaborate with other departments to design integrated logistics solutions that include air transportation. * Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers in the air sector. * Propose customized and effective solutions based on each customer’s specific needs. * Ensure high-level customer service by proactively resolving issues and managing expectations. * Develop and implement sales strategies focused on air transportation to maximize sales and profitability. * Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients. * Participate in creating strategies for launching new services or expanding existing ones. * Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and air service providers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. * Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to contract signing—ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Work closely with operational and logistics teams to ensure proper execution of committed air services. * Coordinate with the operations department to ensure efficient handling of air cargo, optimizing time, cost, and resources. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials focused on selling air services. * Continuously monitor accounts and projects to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. * Generate sales performance reports, including KPI analysis, and provide improvement recommendations. * Analyze service performance and propose adjustments or improvements based on market needs. Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field. * Five years of experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or air transportation companies.
