Handling and coordinating report preparation to ensure timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provide analytical support to managers on matters related to FRA\-activities, decision-making, and general projects. \~ Support more senior colleagues in delivering analyses to support financial, reporting\- and accounting processes. \~ Contribute to the preparation of analyses and reports, with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the data provided (e.g., profit\-and\-loss activity reports). \~ Support the timely and accurate preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures for internal and external reporting. \~ Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Contribute to maintaining accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register and provide general ledger support as needed. \~ Deliver finance projects at country\- or BU\-level. \~ Report technical complaints / updates / scenarios for special cases related to Novartis\-products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of samples for product launch (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Internal customer satisfaction with quality, relevance, and timeliness of financial analyses \~ Customer satisfaction with service delivery and process\-specific KPIs aligned with agreed SLAs Work Experience \~ Operational management and execution Skills \~ Understanding of value drivers \~ Critical thinking \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Effective communication \~ Process optimization \~ Building effective teams \~ People development \~ Financial accounting \~ Financial and management reporting \~ Resource allocation Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
