**DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN** **Purpose of the position:** Provide comprehensive technical support across all phases of the engineering project lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for technical execution, process optimization using Kaizen methodologies, and ensuring continuous improvement, thereby guaranteeing that equipment and facilities operate under the highest standards of efficiency and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Meet KPIs, tasks, and reports assigned by the immediate supervisor, ensuring timely closure of work orders. * Execute immediate corrective actions arising from inspections, findings, or incidents in the work area. * Provide technical support during project implementation and continuous improvement activities. * Design and assemble electrical and pneumatic panels according to electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and technical drawings. * Perform industrial equipment assembly, including electrical, pneumatic, or related system installation. * Interpret diagrams and technical specifications to ensure correct system assembly. * Properly handle cutting, measuring, drilling, assembly, and diagnostic tools. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering * Experience: 2 years * Specific knowledge: Electronics, Mechanics, Pneumatics **We offer:** DETAILED SALARY: * Monthly salary range (based on experience): $13,071.42 \- $15,200.00 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Transportation support bonus: $200.00 * Savings fund matched at 100% * IMSS contributions at 100% of salary * Vacation premium: 30% * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days * Official statutory holidays — non-working days * Fixed weekly rest day: Sunday * Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) Total salary \+ vouchers and bonuses (based on experience): $15,720.56 \- $17,849.14 **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Located at: Las Huertas, Guadalupe, N.L.
