Description
**Main Responsibilities**
**Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Periodic inspections of equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems to prevent failures and resolve minor issues before they escalate into major breakdowns.
**Repairs and adjustments:** Replacing light bulbs, repairing faucets, adjusting locks, performing minor carpentry repairs, painting, electrical work, and furniture maintenance.
**Supervision:** Conducting supervision activities for service providers and tracking reports until their completion.
**Facility cleaning and organization:** Keeping work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and functional environment.
**Inventory and records management:** Managing spare parts and tools, and maintaining detailed records of performed tasks—including dates and materials used, quotations, material procurement, and petty cash handling.
**Collaboration and communication:** Coordinating with specialized technicians, suppliers, or contractors for more complex tasks to ensure repairs are carried out correctly and on time.
**Skills and Requirements**
* Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
* Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and quick response capability in unexpected situations.
* Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields.
* Valid driver's license and proficiency in using tools and management systems.
* Preferably owns a vehicle (car or motorcycle) for commuting to two service locations (fuel support provided).
Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month
