Maintenance Planner

Description

**What you will do:** ----------------- Act as a facilitator for the production department to ensure timely and proper execution of preventive maintenance activities. Guarantee the preventive maintenance plan, its correct implementation, and the spare parts required to carry it out on time and as scheduled. A. Maximize asset reliability and availability. B. Minimize downtime costs and duration. C. Possess technical skills and knowledge in asset management and planning. D. Ensure the lubrication maintenance plan and the supplies required to execute it on time and as scheduled. E. Verify the maintenance schedule against the production plan. F. Plan and budget for purchasing critical spare parts required for maintenance execution. G. Collect data for departmental performance indicators. H. Supervise maintenance execution based on best practices: a. Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities. b. Develop and manage detailed maintenance programs and work orders. c. Ensure all maintenance work performed complies with Eaton and industry safety standards and practices. d. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment status, and maintenance costs. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum education: High school diploma. Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree (engineering) preferred: electromechanical, mechatronics, electronics, electrical, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance planning for production equipment and facilities at an intermediate level. * Advanced Office skills. Proficient use of advanced preventive maintenance scheduling software. * Ability to interpret and read diagrams and drawings.
