




Job Summary: The Payroll and REPSE Assistant will support the execution of payroll and employer obligations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient customer service. Collaboration with administrative and human resources departments **Job Objective:** The Payroll and REPSE Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accurate execution of **payroll processes, fulfillment of employer and administrative obligations** before labor and social security authorities, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient service to internal and external customers. This position requires an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual capable of timely tracking of operational and regulatory processes related to payroll and REPSE. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor payroll processing accurately and promptly. * Manage affiliation transactions with IMSS and INFONAVIT (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Administer and operate payroll and social security platforms and tools: SUA, IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, SIPARE, INFONAVIT. * Prepare and submit REPSE reports, including ICSOE and SISUB. * Validate calculations related to payroll, employer-employee contributions, incidents, and employer obligations. * Maintain updated files, databases, and administrative documentation. * Address and follow up on requests from customers and colleagues related to payroll and social security. * Support audits, internal reviews, and regulatory compliance in labor and subcontracting matters. * Collaborate with administrative, accounting, and human resources departments to ensure proper operation of processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum **+2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Prior experience in **payroll processing and administration.** * Knowledge and proficiency in **SUA, IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT.** * Experience or knowledge in **REPSE and submission of ICSOE and SISUB reports.** * Basic understanding of **labor legislation and social security obligations.** * Ability to perform **payroll calculations**, employer-employee contributions, and incident assessments. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and administrative follow-up. * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Teamwork capability and service orientation. * Confidential handling of information. **Benefits** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm **Work Modality:** Full-time, Hybrid, On-site **Salary:** $15,000 to $18,000 MXN net per month **Statutory Benefits** **Job Stability** **Professional Development Opportunity** **Excellent Work Environment** **Edificacero** A 100% Mexican company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and integrated assembly of industrial metal structures that cannot fail.
