Main Responsibilities: - Contact potential customers via outbound calls to offer payroll-deducted loans. - Identify customer needs and provide financial solutions aligned with their profile and repayment capacity. - Meet daily productivity metrics (calls made, call duration, closures achieved). Requirements: - Minimum: completed high school education. - Experience in sales, door-to-door sales, or retail. - Knowledge of and proficiency in negotiation techniques. - Ability to work under defined goals and targets. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in speech.
