Position Summary: Night-shift industrial nurse to provide medical support, conduct pre-employment and annual medical examinations, monitor chronic illnesses, and organize health campaigns in a warehouse or plant environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medical attention to staff during working hours. 2. Conducting medical examinations and follow-up for employees. 3. Organizing health campaigns and updating medical records. TRAXION IS SEEKING NIGHT-SHIFT INDUSTRIAL NURSE Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing with professional license / Occupational Health Technician. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses, production plants, or transportation. Key Duties: * Provide medical assistance to staff experiencing physical discomfort during working hours, addressing symptoms to treat or alleviate their condition. * Assist in conducting medical examinations and somatometry during pre-employment medical examinations (EMI) for all job candidates, following established procedures, to assess candidates’ physical fitness. * Respond to supervisors’ and coordinators’ inquiries regarding employees’ health status to efficiently meet operational requirements. * Monitor employees with chronic-degenerative diseases through periodic measurements (blood glucose level, blood pressure, and weight), supporting both the employee and their family physician in determining appropriate medication to stabilize their condition. * Conduct annual medical examinations for all employees, following established procedures, to assess the overall health status of the workforce. * Organize health campaigns (e.g., informational talks, screening for chronic-degenerative diseases, vaccination, deworming, recreational activities, etc.) to bring healthcare services closer to employees. * Assist in preparing medical files and periodically update existing employee medical records to ensure all workers’ medical information remains current. * Collaborate with the occupational physician under Industrial and Food Safety (GMP) guidelines.
