SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary: Provide in-store operational support for sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service to meet operational and commercial performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in sales and merchandise stocking. 2. Provide excellent customer service and support. 3. Be part of a team that values dedication and growth. Provide floor-level operational support in the store by executing applicable operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance metrics. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, adhering to relevant stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as sales-floor cleaning activities to ensure accurate merchandise placement and optimal store presentation. * Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby enabling excellent service reflected in point-of-sale transaction closures; also handle customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions—including cash and card payments—and process returns in full compliance with AutoZone’s cash-handling policy to ensure effective payment processing and sales-closure transactions. * High school diploma or equivalent completed. * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
