SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Job Summary: Provide support for in-store operational activities, including sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service, to meet the store's operational and commercial performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in achieving operational and commercial performance indicators. 2. Arrange and display merchandise on the sales floor. 3. Provide excellent service and customer support. Support in-store floor operations by executing relevant operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to achieve the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, in overstock areas, and in delivery trucks, following applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper fronting and labeling to categorize merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure accurate merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Handle customer service activities, clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, to deliver excellent service reflected in counter sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to address questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions—including cash and card payments—and process returns in compliance with the cashier policy, ensuring effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
