Job Summary: Inventory Analyst responsible for resolving inventory discrepancies, preparing reprocessing reports, and managing auditor productivity and warehouse reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Redefining the future of the cold chain in Latin America. **We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.** * Clarification and documentation of discrepancies; system corrections (Inventory Analyst) require Plant Manager's approval. * Preparation of reprocessing reports (losses, damaged goods); client is informed, and a hold is placed to allow the client to decide whether to destroy or ship the goods. Quality department is notified. * Management of auditor productivity and warehouse reliability; reporting to Operations on a weekly basis. * Operational metrics, pending movements, and virtual locations — ensuring products do not remain under such status at end of day. * Generates holds and removes products only upon client approval via the control desk. * Schedules cyclic counts and client inventories for the inventory auditor. * Prepares minutes (all incidents) resulting from inventories for submission to the Operations Executive to inform the client. * Comply with safety and quality requirements. * Verify and dispatch damaged goods to the warehouse.
