Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations including warehouse, inventory, production, logistics, and facility administration, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies, maintaining accessible and secure facilities for employees and visitors. Manage inventory control, aging, write-offs, and contract compliance, preventing obsolete stock and minimizing financial exposure. Lead and supervise customer service processes, ensuring timely billing, accurate order fulfillment, POD control, and high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, HR, Safety, and Finance to support operational execution, margin improvement, and legal compliance. Monitor accounts receivable in collaboration with CS and AR, ensuring adherence to contract terms and timely invoice delivery. Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, escalating critical issues to the General Manager and supporting continuous process improvement. Requirements Bachelors degree in administration, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse management. Availability for national travel up to 40%. Advanced verbal and written English. ERP, inventory systems, and office software proficiency. Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, communication, and customer-oriented skills. Process-driven mindset with adaptability and continuous improvement focus.
