Position Summary: Provides operational support in logistics and Demand Planning, updating information in SAP and supporting strategic indicators to strengthen control and traceability. Key Points: 1. Operational support in logistics and Demand Planning 2. Updating and maintaining information in SAP 3. Support for strategic indicators and database control Project: Operational support for strategic KPIs and information control Objective: Provide operational support to the logistics and Demand Planning department by updating and managing information in SAP, tracking operational reports, and supporting departmental strategic indicators, thereby strengthening control, traceability, and monitoring in accordance with operational processes. Activities: Updating and maintaining information in SAP Tracking agreements and pending items defined in operational meetings Recording and documenting incidents related to OTIF and Slob Tracking information to identify root causes impacting the OTIF and Slob indicator Supporting database control and administration Supporting operational indicators and weekly information updates Profile: Exclusively STUDENTS from the 6th semester or equivalent of Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
