Job Summary: Flow Pack machine operator at Gategourmet & Maasa, responsible for automated packaging, sealing, labeling, and quality inspection under ISO/HACCP standards. Key Highlights: 1. Handling labeling and coding processes In the Flow Pack area at Gategourmet \& Maasa (specializing in airline catering and retail), responsible for operating automated packaging machinery, sealing food items, ensuring hygiene standards, and labeling finished products under ISO/HACCP standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Machine operation:** Operate horizontal flow pack machines to seal products such as sandwiches, snacks, or meal components. * **Packaging and sealing:** Place food items onto the conveyor belt and monitor that packaging seals are correct and airtight. * **Labeling and coding:** Ensure products carry correct labels, including production date, expiration date, and batch number. * **Quality inspection:** Verify that products meet customer quality standards (Gategourmet), checking presentation and freshness. * **Cleaning and hygiene:** Maintain a clean and disinfected work area, following strict food safety protocols. * **Supply replenishment:** Supply the packaging line with packaging materials (plastic film) and products to be packaged. * **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in labeling * Manually place or feed products into the machine for wrapping. **WORK LOCATION:** Terminal 2 AICM, Venustiano Carranza (10 minutes from Pantitlan Metro Station) **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Base salary with weekly payments * Grocery vouchers * 5% savings fund * Statutory benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, insurance) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (savings fund, profit-sharing, vacation bonus, Sunday premium) * Free cafeteria service ***IF INTERESTED, SEND YOUR CV OR CONTACT 55 4616 6111 FOR INFORMATION*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $2,300.00 per week Benefits: * Savings account * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
