Training and professional development Methods and Procedures Intern We are seeking students, interns, or trainees interested in professional development in the area of methods, processes, and continuous improvement within the textile industry. Requirements: University student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field Interest in processes, documentation, and continuous improvement Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM is desirable Analytical ability and attention to detail Proactivity, initiative, and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of flowcharts is desirable Responsibilities: Observation and documentation of operational processes Data collection for line balancing and capacity analysis Support in developing flowcharts, process maps, and operational manuals Updating and controlling process documentation Tracking activities related to continuous improvement Competencies: Efficiency Persistence Initiative Analytical ability Attention to detail We Offer: Monthly stipend of $4,000 Training and professional development Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in textile industry processes Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Work Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico Position Type: Part-time / Intern. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree years of experience Keywords: intern, trainee, intern, apprentice
