Manufacturing and repair of parts on lathe and milling machine Location: Atizapán, State of Mexico Department: Maintenance ### **Job Objective** Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as manufacturing, adjustment, and repair of mechanical parts, guaranteeing operational continuity. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment * Diagnose mechanical failures and resolve them promptly and effectively * Manufacture, adjust, and repair parts on lathe, milling machine, and bench tools * Interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances * Perform adjustments, alignments, and assembly of components * Support failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain order and compliance with safety regulations ### **Required Profile** **Education:** Technical degree in Machine Tools, Industrial Mechanics, or related field **Experience:** Minimum 2–4 years as a machine mechanic in an industrial setting **Key Knowledge:** * Proficiency in operating lathe, milling machine, and surface grinder * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer) * Mechanical adjustments and tolerances * Industrial maintenance ### **Competencies** * Problem-solving orientation * Teamwork * Discipline and organization * Sense of urgency ### **Working Conditions** * 100% on-site work at the plant * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Exposure to industrial conditions (noise, temperature, etc.) * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) ### **We Offer** * Base salary: $14,722 * Monthly performance bonuses of $4,600 gross * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Weekly payroll deposits via BBVA
