Join us as a Junior Recruitment Specialist. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields, with degree certificate and professional license. (Preferred) Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting operational profiles (e.g., delivery assistants, delivery drivers, operators, field sales staff, etc.) Commute time no longer than 60 minutes from the work location. Screening interviews and STAR-method interviews. Achieving hiring targets. Mass recruitment. Candidate follow-up through contract signing.
