Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to execute and control the accounting processes of a leading company in the marketing of off-road vehicles, ensuring tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution and control of accounting processes 2. Supervision of CFDI 4.0 and accounting closings 3. Compilation of documentation for audits We are a national leader in the marketing of off-road/on-road vehicles, with nationwide presence. We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to execute and control the company's accounting processes. What will you do in this role? Preparation of working papers Preparation and entry of accounting journal entries Reconciliation of account balances Performing bank reconciliations Reviewing proper classification of accounting accounts. Supervising correct issuance and receipt of CFDI 4.0 (revenues, expenses, insurance, fixed assets, credit notes, and payment complements). Executing monthly and annual accounting closings Control and reconciliation of income from financing, insurance, and commissions. Filing of monthly and annual tax returns (ISR, IVA, withholdings, DIOT). Compliance with obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service). Compilation of documentation for internal or external audits Your experience will be an advantage if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, cross-referencing). Proficiency in Contpaq, ERP, and accounting CRM systems. Familiarity with SAT platforms. Knowledge of NIF (Mexican Financial Reporting Standards), Federal Tax Code, ISR (Income Tax), and DIOT (Tax Information Return).
