In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and directing assembly operations at our worksite. Your leadership and technical skills will be critical to ensuring efficiency and quality across all projects carried out. We require someone with a minimum of five years of experience in industrial assembly, with strong knowledge of construction and assembly techniques. You must possess excellent team leadership abilities, as well as the capability to manage schedules and budgets, and ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with quality standards. Your problem-solving ability and capacity to make quick decisions will be essential to success in this role. Additionally, it is important that you maintain a proactive attitude and the ability to motivate the team under your supervision. Prior experience in similar roles and a proven track record in project management will be highly valued.
