Work Mode: In-person Position Type: Full-time Job Objective To train, evaluate, and develop tractor-trailer operators through theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, efficient driving practices, and company operational standards. Main Responsibilities Deliver theoretical and practical training to operators. Administer driving tests and theoretical assessments. Train on safe driving and sound operational practices. Evaluate driving skills on highways and in yards. Verify compliance with SCT regulations and traffic laws. Provide training on routes and logistics operations. Identify areas for improvement and monitor operator performance. Prepare training reports and documentation. Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an operator or operator instructor. Valid federal driver’s license, Class B or E. Extensive knowledge of national routes. Familiarity with SCT regulations and traffic ordinances. Experience conducting practical and theoretical evaluations. Knowledge of road safety and defensive driving. Flexible availability for work hours.
