The selected candidate will be responsible for making adjustments to grinding equipment to ensure the quality and precision of our products. This position is on-site at our facilities. We require a candidate with proven experience operating grinding equipment and capable of identifying and correcting material deviations. It is essential that you have strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward resolving technical issues. Technical training in machinery and tools—or a related field—as well as prior experience in grinding work is required. You must possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Additionally, initiative and the ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines are important.
