We are looking for a **Functional Tester**. Key Responsibilities: * Understand and adapt to the work process according to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to be used in the project (Waterfall, Agile, RUP). * Perform analysis and comprehension of input documents per the SDLC (use cases and functional specifications). * Identify and document/report functional gaps existing in input documentation (UCDs, requirements, functional specifications). * Build a test matrix (traceability). * Apply advanced techniques to identify test scenarios. * Develop identified test cases for specific functionality/projects. * Execute test cases within the scope of cycles defined by the project. * Report defects upon identification, documenting them as per established procedures and tracking them to closure. * Submit progress reports for testers under your supervision. * Suggest improvements to functional testing processes when identified. * Report testing metrics related to the project. * Manage testing teams of up to 5 resources. Requirements: * 4–5 years of experience. * JIRA, ALM, testing processes, Agile, Waterfall. * Testing and software development lifecycles.
