Make and answer telephone calls, taking and/or delivering appropriate messages. 2\. Greet individuals visiting the company offices (clients, suppliers, and general public) and direct them to the appropriate personnel. 3\. Receive and deliver correspondence, documents, and information (on magnetic media or other formats), adhering to established policies and procedures. 4\. Provide administrative and office support to the company’s administrative department as required. 5\. Maintain order and professional appearance at the company reception area. 6\.
