Position Summary: The Cashier will record revenues from LP gas sales, manage sales invoices and settlements, and perform daily cash reconciliation at SoniGas. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to ensure accuracy in financial records and transactions. **Company recognized in the LP gas industry** **“SoniGas” is seeking the following personnel in: “LEON”** **Cashier** **Position Objective:** · Record company LP gas sales revenue via the system, either on credit or cash basis; manage sales invoices, operator settlements, and perform daily cash reconciliation. **Required Experience:** · Education: High school diploma. · Experience: 1 year. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Proactive, team-oriented, responsible, and punctual. · Two letters of recommendation from previous immediate supervisors and a recent certificate of no criminal record. **Functions and Responsibilities:** · Assist in delivering credit-related documents to the Accounts Receivable department; apply settlement corrections for refueling and administration. · Ensure daily closing entries are captured accurately and on time, avoiding discrepancies. · Verify that received information is accurate, and that weights, quantities, and percentages match reports. · Monitor and ensure timely deposits are made on the same day; track check payments, etc. · Record sales of portable, stationary, and refueling stations—both on credit and cash basis—in the system; perform cash closing, etc. · Supervise and monitor correct liters, complete invoices, complete serial numbers, correct codes, and vehicle arrivals. · Perform bank record reconciliations. · Control of negotiable instrument stationery. **Additional Information:** · Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. · Salary: $11,500 gross monthly. · Address: Blvd. Timoteo Lozano \# 112, Colonia La Luz, C.P. 37458, León, Guanajuato. · Biweekly payment (BanBajío). · 2% Savings Fund. · 15-day Christmas bonus. · Statutory benefits.
