The Strategy Manager will work closely with senior management and clients, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing business strategies. ***Job Responsibilities and Functions*** **Strategic Leadership** * Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with overall business goals, utilizing financial and market insights. * Collaborate with to drive business performance, assess market opportunities, and develop actionable strategies. * Analyze internal and external data to inform strategic planning and high\-level decision\-making processes. **Financial Strategy \& Planning** * Create and oversee financial models that support forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis. * Provide strategic recommendations based on detailed financial analysis, evaluating performance, market trends, and risks. * Translate complex financial data into strategic insights and actionable business plans. **Client Engagement** * Lead client engagements, providing tailored strategic guidance that aligns with their financial and operational objectives. * Present detailed financial reports, market research, and strategic recommendations to clients and key stakeholders. * Collaborate with clients to design customized strategies that support their long\-term goals. **Mergers \& Acquisitions (M\&A)** * Support M\&A activities by leading financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning. * Provide strategic input during M\&A processes to ensure alignment with broader business goals. **Market Analysis \& Research** * Conduct and supervise market research, identifying trends, competition, and growth opportunities. * Synthesize market data into actionable insights to drive business growth and competitive advantage. ***Requirements*** * Proficient in profesional English (C1, TOEFL PBT 600\+) * Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * 5\-8 years of experience in a strategy or leadership role, preferably in M\&A, consulting, or corporate strategy. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
