Job Summary: We are seeking a pharmaceutical data entry clerk to ensure timely and accurate data entry, verify the order of prescription forms, and record productivity, thereby guaranteeing quality and efficiency in hospital information management. Record productivity and track incidents **JOIN OUR TEAM!!!** A REPUTABLE PHARMACEUTICAL SUBCONTRACTED COMPANY IS SEEKING: **PHARMACEUTICAL DATA ENTRY CLERK FOR HOSPITAL** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in data entry and control. * Completed high school education. * Flexible availability for work shifts. * SICAD certification. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure data entry is performed timely and accurately. * Ensure prescription forms are received in proper sequence to initiate internal numbering. * Verify the order and arrangement. * Verify that HI data entry staff perform data entry for all prescription forms delivered by the DISUR Data Entry Supervisor. * Record productivity in the corresponding logs. * Reduce the number of incidents detectable by the client. * Perform data entry in accordance with PCPS guidelines. * Report system slowness, connection interruptions, validation failures, etc. * Follow up with the Data Entry Supervisor on monthly performance indicator results. * Receive client reports and track deviations to ensure timely resolution. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of **$9,700** * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers worth 10% of salary * Institutional shirt **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off (rotating) * **Three rotating shifts**: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM **WORK LOCATION:** * Hospital General de México Dr. Eduardo Liceaga If this position interests you, please apply through this platform, attaching your updated CV and a valid email address.
