We are expanding quickly and looking for **top LATAM sales talent** to help us convert inbound leads into booked appointments. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong English, sales confidence, and experience handling customers over the phone. We are looking for candidates with experience in: ✅ Appointment setting ✅ Inbound or outbound sales calls ✅ Customer service with sales goals ✅ Lead follow\-up and pipeline management ✅ Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or BPO sales experience is a strong plus You will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their needs, following up with leads, and booking qualified appointments for our plumbing team. **Requirements** ✅ **Sales or appointment\-setting experience is required** ✅ **C1/C2 English level is required** — strong spoken English is non\-negotiable ✅ Comfortable working in a fast\-paced remote environment ✅ Strong communication and objection\-handling skills ✅ Reliable, organized, and self\-managed ✅ High ownership mentality and strong follow\-through ✅ Availability for **night shifts and weekends** is required **Compensation** Up to **$1,500 USD/month base salary** Top performers can earn up to **$2,000 USD/month with commissions** 100% remote Full\-time position **Schedule** Our business operates: Monday to Friday: **7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Central Time** Saturday and Sunday: **7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central Time** At this time, we are prioritizing candidates who are available for **evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends**. **Who should apply?** This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, energetic, disciplined, and comfortable speaking with U.S. customers.
