




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join the real estate title processing and administrative follow-up team, handling case files and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Case file integration and control, coordination with notaries. 2. Tracking of INFONAVIT procedures and review of client documentation. 3. Administrative support to the Legal Department and file management. We seek an organized and proactive individual to join the real estate title processing and administrative follow-up team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Case file integration and control. * Coordination and management with notaries. * Tracking of procedures before the National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT). * Review of documentation provided to clients. * Control and updating of physical and digital files. * Administrative support to the Legal Department. **Requirements:** \- Incomplete, completed, or recently graduated bachelor's degree in: * Administration * Law * Business Management * Related field. \- Administrative experience. (Preferred) \- Experience handling case files and documentation. \- Organizational and tracking skills. \- Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and email. \- Strong communication skills. **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Document organization. * Process tracking. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Teamwork Salary: $3,500\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
