The primary objective is to coordinate the proper functioning of support areas and ensure the maintenance of company facilities and equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide on-site support to employees during operational shifts and manage transportation vendors to resolve incidents. Supervise employee transportation and taxis, validating arrival and departure times as well as vehicle conditions. Coordinate cleaning of dining areas, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring the vendor complies with its operational guidelines. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and purified water to prevent shortages. Administer dining area furniture, ensuring equipment such as ovens and refrigerators function properly or arranging for their replacement. Organize employee transportation for overtime work and validate corresponding routes. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: 5 years in similar administrative roles related to services or facilities management. Availability to work the third shift and rotate as needed. Languages: Intermediate English proficiency. Competencies: Leadership, effective communication, vendor negotiation, and ability to work under pressure.
