Experience being Provident, where you are at the center — we invite you to join our team as: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Base salary: 30,000 Challenges you’ll face in this role: Execute the people strategies defined for the branch(es) where you are based, ensuring implementation, participation, and integration of the entire team in the defined activities, aiming to foster stability among team members and establish them as a pillar for optimal business performance at Provident. Provide advisory support to business leaders on people-related matters. Contribute to initiatives that promote team integration and a positive work environment. Recruit talent focused on serving our customers with kindness, approachability, and transparency — to build a better world through financial inclusion. If you are a person who has: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering and/or specialization in Organizational Development (OD), Human Development (HD), or Talent Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR / Learning & Development (L&D) / OD in a similar position, including project management and talent management. Knowledge of recruitment and selection for operational positions, organizational development, talent management, training and coaching, competencies, performance evaluation, organizational climate, HR metrics, and development of succession plans and programs. Database management and correlation of business KPIs vs. HR KPIs. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel). Basic English. A people-oriented mindset, adaptability, proactivity, business focus, and strong problem-solving skills.
