Prospecting and follow-up of potential customers DESCRIPTION **Travel Agent** ==================== **Location:** Barrio Antiguo, Centro, Monterrey, NL **Salary:** $9,000 to $10,000 MXN (based on experience) \+ commissions **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in travel agencies. * Strong communication skills and passion for sales. * Basic knowledge of social media and digital customer service. * Must reside near the workplace. **Responsibilities** --------------- * Customer service and follow-up for individuals interested in flights and tourism services. * Quotation and sale of flights, packages, and other travel services. * Prospecting and follow-up of potential customers. * Follow-up on corporate agreements for payroll-based benefits. * Responding to messages, calls, and requests via social media and internal CRM. **We Offer** ------------- * Base monthly salary of $9,000 to $10,000 MXN (based on experience). * Sales commissions ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 MXN per month initially. * Monthly bonus for meeting performance targets. * Statutory benefits. * "Fam Trip" programs (complimentary trips or preferential rates for top performers).
