We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support employee relations, HR documentation, pre\-payroll activities, labor compliance, and internal communication. This role is responsible for managing employee incidences, supporting payroll processes, contracts, training, and employee services while ensuring compliance with Motherson policies, labor regulations, and organizational objectives. ### **What we offer** A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities.
