Strategic and operational position with leadership over a multidisciplinary team JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Human Resources Manager — join our team! The Human Resources Manager position aims primarily to lead the professionalization and strengthening of the HR department, ensuring proper human capital management in a continuously growing company. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising key processes such as recruitment, training, payroll, incident management, and personnel administration, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. Additionally, they must implement strategies aimed at improving organizational climate, reducing staff turnover, and optimizing departmental processes. This role combines strategic and operational functions; therefore, active participation is required both in decision-making and in addressing daily matters related to employees. This position will provide direct leadership over a multidisciplinary team and maintain constant communication with the executive board to monitor KPIs, generate reports, and manage organizational improvement projects. Proficiency in analyzing and managing data using advanced Excel tools is essential, as well as strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and adaptability to the company’s internal systems and processes. REQUIREMENTS General Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience leading HR departments, preferably in companies with multi-branch operations or rapid growth. * Knowledge and experience in recruitment, training, payroll, incident management, and personnel administration. * Ability to develop and implement strategies focused on workplace climate, talent retention, and HR department professionalization. * Negotiation skills and ability to handle complex or conflictual labor situations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report generation, KPI tracking, and database cross-referencing. * Experience leading work teams and supervising various Human Capital areas. * Strategic and operational profile, capable of engaging in daily execution as well as organizational improvement projects. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Mérida, Yucatán. * Preferred: flexible schedule availability and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to quickly adapt to and learn the company’s internal systems. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
