Position Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department through personnel management, incident handling, recruitment, and hiring.

2. Addressing and following up on staff inquiries
3. Incident tracking and administration
**Position Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department through administrative control of personnel, incidents, recruitment, and hiring.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum experience: 1 year as an assistant
* Construction sector experience preferred
* Proactive
* Must reside in the area.
**Responsibilities:**
* Tracking and administration of incidents (absences, vacations, leaves of absence, disabilities, etc.)
* Creation, updating, and safeguarding of employee files.
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
* Entering and tracking employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
* Vacation tracking.
* Updating databases.
* University affiliation registration and follow-up.
* Administrative support to the Human Resources department
* Addressing and following up on staff inquiries.
* Assisting with employee offboarding and separation processes.
**Knowledge Requirements:**
* Human Resources processes
* Personnel administration
* Mexican Federal Labor Law
* Contract drafting
* File management
* IDSE platform (onboarding, offboarding, modifications)
Salary: $3,500.00 per week
Education:
* Completed bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience:
* Human Resources administration: 1 year (preferred)
