Summary: Seeking an EHS professional to support the implementation and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate standards to maintain a safe workplace and minimize environmental impact. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. 2. Support incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis. 3. Deliver EHS training sessions and maintain documentation. **Objective:** Provide support in the implementation and execution of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with applicable Mexican regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT) as well as corporate standards, in order to maintain a safe workplace and minimize environmental impact. **SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Safety \& Hygiene:** · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies · Perform safety inspections and walkthroughs across the facility · Identify unsafe acts and conditions and follow up on corrective actions · Support incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis · Monitor safety KPIs (TRIR, incidents, near misses) · Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) · Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican regulations (NOM\-STPS) **Environmental:** · Support hazardous and non\-hazardous waste management · Maintain environmental logs, records and permits up to date · Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies **Occupational Health:** · Support medical surveillance programs and health campaigns · Participate in ergonomic assessments and risk control actions **Training:** · Deliver EHS training sessions (induction, safety topics and periodic refresher training) · Support updates and tracking of the training matrix **Documentation \& Audits:** · Maintain EHS documentation up to date · Support internal and external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001\) · Prepare reports and EHS metrics **JOB PROFILE:** · Education: Technical degree or equivalent (TSU) in Industrial Safety, Environmental or related field · Experience (Years): 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry **Knowledge:** · Knowledge of Mexican regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT) · Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) · Strong communication and organizational skill **Languages:** · Advanced English (required) **CORE COMPETENCIES:** · Attention to detail · Proactive and hands\-on approach · Problem\-solving skills · Teamwork · Accountability and integrity **WORKING RELATIONSHIPS** **Internal:** · Area Managers · Supervisors and team leaders · Human Resources Department · Maintenance and Engineering · Quality · Materials · Operational staff **External:** · Government authorities (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection) · EHS service providers (waste disposal, laboratories, consultants) · External auditors (ISO 14001, ISO 45001\) · Clinics and occupational health providers Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
