Responsible for leading digital transformation, operational efficiency, and technological innovation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * IT strategy and governance (ITIL, COBIT, AGILE) * Operational continuity and critical support * Digital transformation and innovation (preferably in retail, credit, or logistics sectors) * Ensure efficient system integration (ERP, CRM, e\-Commerce, BI) * IT financial management (CAPEX/OPEX) * Vendor and partner relationship management * Lead multidisciplinary IT teams **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in IT; MBA preferred * 8 years of experience in IT * 5 years in managerial or executive positions * Experience in retail, finance, or high-volume enterprises, infrastructure management, and digital transformation. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES**: Apply through this channel.
