Coordinates the delivery of equipment and furniture for new stores. **SUPER KIOSK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – LOS MOCHIS** Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Flexible working hours; ability to drive standard transmission vehicles and valid driver’s license. Experience: 1 year of experience monitoring and validating compliance with preventive and corrective service work orders, aligned with the company’s defined maintenance plan and standard procedures, to ensure building equipment operations and functionality. Responsibilities: * Monitor and ensure compliance with and authorization of preventive and corrective service work orders generated by the system. * Verify and control repairs and use of spare parts against work orders and services performed by subcontracted vendors to ensure efficient resource utilization. * Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of equipment and furniture for new stores to operations staff, commissioning personnel, and their teams, supporting continuity of the store-opening process within established timelines.
