What Are We Looking For? * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree with focus on Finance or Administration. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to Demand Generation. * English: Intermediate * Prior experience leading teams * Attention to detail * Experience in negotiations and strategic conversations with various stakeholders. * Financial acumen and strong numerical analysis skills. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Provide visibility into Sales and Supply, prioritize resources, and communicate demand growth opportunities. * Manage order intake revenue forecasts to ensure supply and establish priorities across functional areas. * Support the SOP process through planning and visibility. * Design, measure, and administer Sales Incentive Plans for over 850 associates. * Ensure adherence to the Sales operating expense budget in alignment with financial objectives. * Manage quota allocation for over 700 routes. * Develop and lead a team of five direct reports to optimize performance and enhance associate experience.
